Most organizations do not need to begin with custom software. They need to build useful capability, understand the workflows that matter, and choose the right intervention.
Customized, hands-on training built around your team's real work. Participants practice useful methods, learn how to evaluate results, and leave with resources they can apply immediately.
Formats: Half-day or full-day · in person or virtual · customized preparation and materials · follow-up only where it reinforces a defined adoption goal
Charlotte workshops from $3,500.
Full-day, multi-team, and travel engagements are scoped separately.
Plan a WorkshopA focused engagement that begins with a meaningful workflow, estimates the value of improvement, examines adequate alternatives, and — where useful — creates the standards, prompt libraries, coaching routines, or redesigned process that make adoption repeatable.
The goal is a decision your organization can act on — not a report that simply describes the opportunity.
Start With a WorkflowWhen a consequential workflow cannot be adequately addressed through training, adoption support, process improvement, or an existing product, I can design and implement a tailored AI system.
These are examples of past solutions, not a fixed product catalog. Every potential implementation begins with the underlying workflow and business value.
If an implementation creates a genuine ongoing operational need, support may include monitoring, incident response, bounded adjustments, and scheduled value reviews. Responsibilities and exclusions are defined before launch.

Our people are using AI, but inconsistently — and nobody agrees on what "good" looks like.
Start with a workshop.
One specific workflow is causing real friction, and we want to know what to do about it.
Start with a working session on that workflow.
We've trained the team and improved the process, and a consequential gap still remains.
Let's scope whether a custom system is warranted.
We're not sure which of these describes us.

"Thomas Noel met with our leadership, listened carefully, analyzed our needs, then presented various options for our consideration. This process was very efficient from our standpoint, as expectations, lines of communication, and deadlines were well-established early."— J.C. Blucher Ehringhaus III, President and Co-Publisher, Consolidated Publishing Company
